National Listings Distribution Program (NLD)
Your Listings Exposed to Buyers All Over the Internet!
Our NLD program syndicates your listings to more than 800 national websites and features your listings on three of the top four websites searched by homebuyers; Yahoo.com, Zillow.com and Trulia.com. This increases your listing exposure to five times the amount of potential buyers.
How does it work? You can manually “add” or “add” pre-populated MLS listings, in our custom built integrated system. Once completed your listing will be displayed across top search portals around 72 hours later.
(Important Reminder: Any future changes to a listing like price changes, status updates, new information, etc., must be changed in our system in order for it to populate, or syndicate out to all the websites.)
